Use the open-source tool github.com/directcase/witness (it needs only Docker). To use this witness:

Identity

The signing key below is bound to Ing. Mgr. Pavol Trávnik, a natural person, by a declaration signed with an electronic signature under eIDAS (Regulation (EU) No 910/2014). The declaration exists in every official EU language; check the signature with the EU DSS validator.

Every key this notary has used, with its active window (a receipt is valid only inside it). Also at /keys.json.

Evidence log

Each session, relay and receipt check is written as one record in a hash chain, and the notary keeps a copy of every receipt it signs. Each UTC hour is sealed into files that are timestamped in Bitcoin with OpenTimestamps and copied to write-once storage. The files contain IP addresses and are disclosed only in legal proceedings. Their hashes and proofs are public here and at /anchors.json. Check a proof at opentimestamps.org or with ots verify.

Verify a receipt

Paste a receipt {alg, key_id, payload, signature}. The signature is ECDSA/secp256k1 over SHA-256 of the exact UTF-8 bytes of payload, as a 64-byte r‖s in hex, so you can also check it yourself against the key above.
